Mr James Bogle is a senior experienced practitioner in commercial practice, with additional experience in property law, public law and clinical and health-related law. He regularly appears in the High Court (both Queen’s Bench and Chancery) and in the Court of Appeal. He has extensive experience in obtaining of all forms of injunctive and similar ancillary relief, such as freezing orders, as well as in the conduct of complex civil and commercial trials at all levels. He has been instructed counsel in cases touching upon sensitive issues in both the House of Lords and the Supreme Court. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a tutor in advocacy at the Middle Temple continuing education programme.
